About Me

I love what I do

Midwest-born, SoCal-living home cook and food and beverage enthusiast. Jeff lives in San Diego with my amazing husband Tim and their two fur kids, Buddy Bing Bon Boulash and Snarffalupagus Rex. He has been in Creative/Marketing for over 13 years and has worked on some of the world's biggest brands like Campbell Soup Company, Harley-Davidson, Welch's, Nestle, Whirlpool, Frito-Lay and Pernot-Ricard.

Jeff first started working in marketing as an intern at Weber Shandwick Chicago. He was imbedded on the Campbell Soup Company and Harley-Davidson teams and built his skills in traditional public relations and digital/social media marketing. From there, he moved over to Ketchum Chicago where he executed social media/community management for the Conagra portfolio of brands. He and his team created a viral piece of content for Hebrew National Hotdogs that was published on Good Morning America, NBC, and Food Beast. He also worked on viral marketing campaigns for Old El Paso and Maytag. In 2016, he was awarded Ketchum's Global Scholar opportunity which sent him to the Ketchum Beijing office for two weeks to learn about digital marketing in mainland China. In 2017, he contributed to award-winning inter-agency teams, including the 2017 Cannes Lions Creative Data Grand Prix for the Care Counts™ campaign for Whirlpool.

Following the shake-up that was the global pandemic, Jeff took a role with Ringler Associates as an award-winning digital marketing manager and content creator. From there, he made the jump over to a Los Angeles-based startup called Skylight Technologies where he functioned as the Creative Director. Skylight is a service that connects property owners with the city's top leasing agents in order to streamline marketing/renting processes. Jeff led all marketing efforts for the company's luxury apartment building clients and handled everything from naming the buildings, building out logos and brand books, exterior signage, marketing collateral, digital/physical staging, website design and development and even lobby and amenity space design. The feather in his cap was the revamping of The Harlan Residences which is a 1917 Renaissance Revival building on Hollywood Boulevard which formerly housed a speakeasy owned by Rudolph Valentino.

When he's not working, he's at the beach or hanging with their dogs. Avid dog rescuers, Jeff and Tim have fostered 14 dogs from a local rescue agency that pulls street dogs up from Mexico to find them their forever homes. He is also a published cook book author and lifelong lover of learning.
